Designed specifically for banks, the FMR Sales Tracking Platform supports Calling Officer activity using a client-centric approach. By combining client profiling, contact management, call reporting, pipeline / deal opportunity tracking, and referral tracking into a state-of-the-art sales and marketing tool, the entire sales organization benefits.

KEY FEATURES INCLUDE:

CALL REPORTS
Call Reports track every sales related client interaction. The call report allows for quick and easy capture of sales call details, provides support for team selling, includes email notification of relationship team members, and allows for the scheduling of follow ups.

PIPELINE MANAGEMENT & OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT
Pipeline Management provides definition of deals that can be comprised of multiple products and services.  FMR's dedication to the banking market can be seen in a unique feature that allows the configuration (without programming) of the critical revenue data points for each product or service offered. As an example, for Lending Products you may want to track data points such as Rate, Spread, Total Commitment, and Average Outstanding; and for Treasury Products you may want to track Volume, Setup Fees, Monthly Maintenance, and Per Item Revenue.  These data points are ultimately rolled up a total revenue amount. This approach allows each line of business to have pipeline reporting that makes sense to them by tracking the critical revenue factors.

REFERRAL TRACKING
Referral facilities capture, track, and report referrals made, with automatic notifications via email to the referral recipient.  The Referral facility further allows for referral tracking from Banker to Banker within the bank, from your Customers to the Bank, and from the Bank to your Customers.  The Customer based referral tracking provides another dimension into the value of a client’s relationship with the bank.

SALES DASHBOARD AND STATUS BOARDS
Sales Dashboard and Status Boards present sales managers, relationship managers, calling officers and business development officers with graphical presentations of their teams’ sales status, to do's, key client and contact relationships, active pipelines, call report notifications, and referral notifications. Everything is literally a click away!

REPORTING
A complete set of reporting capabilities for Calls, Pipelines, Sales, and Referral Activity are available.  Further, FMR offers optional reporting capabilities for custom Scorecards and for Actual vs. Estimated reporting by integrating with the bank's systems of record (Core, Account Analysis, etc.).

Optionally, with usage of FMR’s Client Onboarding Platform, FMR has the unique ability to show complete Sales Cycle Reporting.  As an example, in Treasury Management you could see when Setup Fees, Monthly Maintenance, and Per Item Revenue are expected to be booked, with revenue collected and revenue outstanding.

DATA MINING
Data Mining facilities allow you to "slice-and-dice" the database and generate powerful ad-hoc reportsfor Call Reporting, Pipeline Activity, Sales Activity, and Referrals. Result sets can be further configured with customized sorting, grouping, and column selections. Result sets can also be exported to tools like Microsoft Excel for additional reporting functions.
