MobileRMS is a native iPad app that enhances the overall Customer Experience while also improving Bank Sales staff efficiency. The solution allows the Bank Sales staff to document a sold deal with the customer at the Point of Sale. Key setup information for each product that makes up the deal is quickly captured (e.g., Product/Sales Checklists), and custom documents are generated with customer signature captured on the iPad. All information is securely transmitted to the FMR’s Client Onboarding Platform at the Bank, with instantaneous confirmation to the customer and immediate commencement of the customer onboarding process.
