Today, FMR announced its Mobile Sync feature, integrating FMR’s MobileRMS native iPad app with FMR’s Enterprise Relationship Management System. Mobile Sync includes the ability to send client onboarding details for each product sold, via a secure web service that interfaces FMR’s iPad app to the bank’s enterprise FMR Client Onboarding system. Additionally, customized documents generated by MobileRMS that have been signed by the client on the iPad, can also be sent along with a Call Report if desired. The Mobile Sync feature allows the data captured on the iPad at point of sale to be seamlessly integrated into the bank’s FMR Client Onboarding Platform (Release 5.6 or greater), with proper assignment and workflow launching so that the implementation process can immediately begin. Significantly, this saves considerable time by avoiding rekeying data, and accelerates time to revenue while also improving Sales Officer productivity.
